For most of our clients, what we offer cannot be simply put on a collective form or compressed into an online ordering process – there is simply an infinite number of products, sizes, and presentation solutions to achieve this successfully.
What we do rarely fits a generic order form — every project sits somewhere different on the spectrum from straightforward to highly bespoke. Drop us an email at sales@ultimatframes.com or call 01344 383035 to start a conversation.
We're 99% trade-only, so once you're set up with an account you'll get full access to pricing, sample discounts, and 30-day terms. Send through your business details via the registration form and we'll have you live within a working day.
Once we've discussed the project we'll confirm the moulding, mount, glazing, finishing, and crating spec in writing. For high volume work we'll often agree a sample piece up front so the final order matches exactly what you signed off on.
Email orders to sales@ultimatframes.com. We can build a custom Excel order sheet with drop-down product fields if you place orders regularly — it cuts the back-and-forth on every job.
Standard production is two weeks; tighter deadlines are common and we'll always confirm a target date in writing. We crate, freight, and (where required) install — see the Shipping and Crating pages for the logistics detail.
