Bespoke crates built in-house, sized to the consignment. Full internal protection, customs paperwork, and on-site install support for hospitality and high-end residential projects.

Bespoke framing, high-volume runs, and international freight all sit outside what carton packaging can safely handle. Crates protect the work in transit, simplify customs paperwork, and let us palletise multiple frames in a single shipment without compromising on protection.
We build crates in-house, sized to the consignment. That means no off-the-shelf void fill, no compromise on internal dimensions, and a much higher likelihood that work arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.
Internally each piece is wrapped (acid-free tissue or polythene depending on the surface), separated by foam dividers, and supported so nothing moves in transit. Glass-glazed work gets corner protection and tape glazing to contain any in-transit breakage.
Every crate is labelled with handling instructions, weight, and content reference. International consignments include the customs paperwork, commercial invoices, and any artwork-specific certificates required at the destination.
For destination delivery we co-ordinate with the freight partner and (where required) the on-site install team. For high-end residential and hospitality projects we can also provide white-glove install and post-install QC.
In the workshop
Timber crates constructed in-house, lined and braced around the consignment, then labelled and prepared for freight anywhere in the world.
