We use a number of different shipping options according to the value of orders and the products being shipped: Our main courier partner is APC, who operate a small van network to which any of our products which contain glass are sent on a fragile next day service.

International
We are able to ship globally but are unable to give an exact price for this until the shipment has been packed as we require precise weights and dimensions in order to generate a quote. We can however provide a guide dependent on the quantity ordered and the destination. With international deliveries, unless the quantity is sufficient for the order to be palletised, we would typically use acrylic glazing in frames rather than glass.
3rd Party Shipping:
We are able to ship direct to clients both in the UK and internationally. However, it is important that recipients are made aware of the timescales in reporting any damage as we are unable to rectify issues after 3 days due to the restrictions by couriers on claims.
