File Preparation
File Types and Colour Space
The following file types can be accepted:
Jpeg, Tiff, PDF, PSD
Images should be saved as either sRGB or Adobe RGB
File Names
Please avoid the use of special characters when saving files, such as:
! < > * ~ # % & + , : ; ‘ “ { } [ ]
Image Dimensions and File Size
We require print-ready files to be provided. These should be sized to the correct print size being ordered and to a resolution of 300dpi. In some cases, resolutions of less than 300dpi can and will result in good quality images, but this is dependent on the print size being produced.
File Names & Templates
If you are providing images for multi-image templates, please upload an image layout for us to follow. We can provide clipping masks for all of our templates to be used in Photoshop for this purpose. It is also helpful if images are labelled numerically from left to right within the file name.
How to order
Order can be received by email to sales@ultimatframes.com. Image files can be uploaded using third party software, such as dropbox or we are able to set up an ftp on our server where you can simply drop your images.
We are also able to generate a custom excel order sheet for you to use where you can utilise drop down boxes for your product lines, making it clear and simple to order.
