We are 99% a trade-only supplier but in full transparency there are a few occasions when we do supply individual customers, such as when they are trying to match a product that they purchased from a photographer who is no longer trading

We are largely a trade supplier, so to protect the integrity of our customers we do not publish a price list online. Once registered with us, we will happily provide a full price list of our products. If you wish to get an idea of prices before registering with us, please book a consultation and we can happily go through some product prices with you.

In a word, no. We prefer orders to be sent to us via email, with images sent through third party software, such as dropbox, or we can set up an FTP link where you can transfer images directly to our server. In the future we will be supplying a downloadable excel form which can be used to order as well.

You can amend or cancel an order up to the 5:30pm on the day an order was placed. If for example an order was emailed at 7pm, you would have until 5:30pm the following day to amend or cancel the order. Any changes outside of this would be at our discretion and dependent on whether the order had been scheduled for production. Order Samples

We recognise the investment required in sample products and that it benefits us if you are able to show customers our products. Therefore, whilst we do not supply free finished samples, we do offer substantial discounts to make this as economically viable as possible and where we both invest in each other. We do however supply sample mouldings to customers as and when required free of charge. Order Samples

If in the event our sizes and templates do not work for you, we will happily discuss custom alternatives. We cannot always guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every need, but where possible we will. Some products are more flexible than others!

We pride ourselves in producing long-lasting high-quality products and they are intended to give years of pleasure. Our printing standards exceed that of the Fine Art Trade Guild with lightfastness which in normal conditions last for decades. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum period of two years, but if something happens outside of this period we will consider repairing or replacing the product at our discretion depending on the circumstances. As we are unable to control all of the conditions in which the products are used, we are unable to offer an unconditional life-time guarantee.

We typically use APC as our main shipping partner as they offer a fragile overnight service and, in our experience, rarely break our products. Smaller items, such as tubes and prints may be sent by other couriers, but they will always be sent by a trackable service.

We can ship to most global destinations but cannot offer a fixed price until the time of shipping as this is dependent on parcel size and weight. We are likely to be able to offer an estimate before you commit, however. Depending on the quantity and therefore the method of shipping, we may substitute glass for acrylic in our framed products due to the risk of breakage, whereas palleted shipments can still use glass as the preferred method of glazing.

We can ship to your customer for a set fee of £17.50 to a UK mainland address (subject to postcode restrictions).

If there is obvious damage at the point of delivery, then the delivery should be rejected from the courier. If however the outer packaging is not damaged, but there are damaged goods inside, you have 3 working days to report the damage to us, and preferably by email, along with supporting photographs. Anything discovered after this deadline will be discretionary and depend on the damage and how it is likely to have been caused. Whatever has happened we will look to respond swiftly to minimise the impact to you and your clients.

Absolutely, and we would encourage it. Every printer is different and there is a multitude of subjective opinion when it comes to colour. We use 12-colour printers to maximise the potential colour gamut as well as the latest RIP software for colour management. However, even when monitors are calibrated there is a certain degree of uncertainty, and it is far better to run a small test before you start using our printing services to make sure you are happy with the outcome. For your reassurance, we are a certified Hahnemühle print studio with many years of printing experience and will be happy to help you through the process.

We have in stock a wide range of papers that we can draw from, including branded media from Hahnemühle, Permajet and Innova Art. We are able to add to this list, but it would be dependent on the quantities ordered as we are only able to print using roll media which typically comes in lengths of 12m+ and widths from 24”+.

Yes, we offer 30-day trading accounts, and the application form can be found following the link below. Submitting the application form will give us assumed consent to carry out a soft credit check which will not affect your credit in anyway. First orders are typically payment up front, after which, depending on the credit check, the account terms will apply.
