How they arrive
The vast majority of our products will be delivered in white presentation boxes and we are working to get 100% of our products delivered this way.
Most frames will come in a white box with a carry handle unless a bespoke frame has been ordered which is larger than our biggest box. Similarly our grande frame ranges, whilst boxed, will not have a carry handle due to the weight of the frames and hence we do not wish to encourage the use of a handle that may break!
Other products have purpose built boxes such as our art blocs, mini and midi collections, all of which are designed to be to a good standard for presentation.
Generally the presentation boxes will be delivered to you inside a heavy duty carton with air fill packaging for protection and due to this method we get very few reports of damage. If damage does occur we do require that you report the damage to us within 3 working days to allow us to claim against the courier. Damage reported after this timescale which is as a result of mis-handling from the courier will unfortunately not be replaced free of charge. These are conditions placed on us from the insurance company of the courier and hence out of our control.
